Camp W provides Early Care from 7:30 am until 8:20 am. Campers will sign in upon arrival and have the choice of playing a sport, design an art project or play board games with other campers in their group. At 8:30 am all campers will go to their group picnic tables and wait for Morning Ceremonies.

Late Care starts at 3:15 pm and ends at 5:30 pm. All campers should be picked up by 5:25 pm. The fee for Late Care is $40 a week. The first time you are late to pick up your child, you will be charged $50. If you are late a second time to pick up your child, they will no longer be permitted to be in Late Care and NO REFUND will be issued.

To ensure a safe, organized, and enjoyable Late Care program, campers are assigned to designated locations based on their grade level. These locations remain the same each day during the first six weeks of camp.

• Pre-K & Kindergarten: Camp W Lounge – campers will enjoy pop a shot, soccer kick, skeez ball, or a movie.

• 1st Grade: Activities Room – campers will participate in Legos, Play-Doh, art project or a board game.

• 2nd–5th Grade: Cafeteria – campers will relax and watch a movie.

• 6th–10th Grade: Gymnasium – campers will enjoy supervised recreational activities.

Please Note: During the final two weeks of camp, all Late Care campers will be together in the cafeteria, where they will watch a movie each afternoon.
