Trip Weeks (Weeks 8 & 9)       

Week 8 & 9 are exclusively for camp trips. If you did not sign up for Early Bird Rates, each week is a separate charge of $1,000 per week. Please read the information below and call 631 692-6222 or email us at info@campwdaycamp.com with any questions.

Week 8

Week 8 is limited to 250 campers due to staffing and bus limitations. Please click camp calendar to view trip locations. Campers must arrive at camp by 8:30 am as we depart for our daily trip by 8:45 am. If you cannot make it to camp by 8:30 am then you will need to drive your child to the venue that we are visiting on that day. We return to camp anytime between 2:30 pm and 2:45 pm. Most days campers will be eating pizza for lunch. If your child does not want pizza, you may send them in with lunch. Please understand these venues dictate what we can serve and pizza is usually the only choice. Your child will be with their regular camp group. Most staff are still working however, a few leave to go back to college or to their classroom. If your child’s Counselor or Assistant Counselor will not be working, we will notify you and have a substitute staff member filling in. We provide water for lunch and many of our trips are inside that provide water fountains and air conditioning. Early Care and Late Care are still provided all week.

 Reminders for Week 8 

• No camp bags or water bottles are needed
• Most days pizza will be served for lunch
• The tuition for Week 8 is $1,000 if you did not sign up for the Early Bird Rate
• Friday, August 21 dismissal for Late Care is at 4:30 pm
• Enrollment is limited to 250 campers for Week 8
• No refunds for any days missed

Week 9

Week 9 is limited to 150 campers due to losing most of our staff who must go back to the classroom or college. Please click the link to the Camp Calendar to view trip locations. There is NO Early Care or Late Care for Week 9. Drop off is at 8:30 am and pick up is at 3:40 pm for campers’ last names that begin A-l and 4:00 pm for camper’s last names that start with M-Z. Most days campers will be offered pizza for lunch due to the venues dictating what food is offered. The staff in charge of your child’s group for Week 9, will text you at the end of Week 8 to introduce themselves to you. Campers should not bring their camp bag or water bottle as it is not needed.

Reminders for Week 9

• Enrollment is limited to 150 campers
• No Early or Late Care
• Drop off time is 8:30 am
• Pick up time is 3:30 pm for campers who have a last name starting with A-l and 3:50 pm for campers who have a last name starting with M-Z
• The tuition for Week 9 is $1,000 if you did not sign up for the Early Bird Rate
• No refunds for any days missed
