If you would like to use our bus transportation for the summer of 2027, you should know the following information:
- You must be on the bus for a minimum of four consecutive weeks starting Week 1, June 28, or Week 5, July 26. If your child is starting camp during any week other than Week 1 or Week 5, you would have to meet the bus at a destination stop. You can use the bus one way or both ways. You must be on the bus Monday through Friday. Our buses will not enter any condo or townhouse developments.
- There is NO BUS SERVICE FOR WEEK 9. We are limiting bus routes to approximately one hour, so campers attending camp for the entire summer will be given priority over campers who are only attending for half of the summer.
- There is always a bus counselor on the bus to greet your child, make sure their seat belt is fastened, and take attendance.
- The bus is not allowed to enter your driveway. Your child and a parent or guardian should be outside every morning waiting for the bus.
- If your child is not outside waiting for the bus, the bus will not stop and will go directly to the next stop.
- On Tuesday, June 22, your child’s bus counselor and driver will stop by your house between 5:00 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. The purpose of their visit is to introduce themselves, give your child their camp bag, and provide pick-up and drop-off times.
- If your child will be absent or arriving at camp late, please notify the bus counselor and email the camp no later than 7:00 a.m.
- To receive a bus in your town, we must have a minimum of 14 campers using the bus for at least seven weeks.
- If your child throws up on the bus more than once, they unfortunately can no longer participate in camp transportation. This policy is strictly enforced, and NO REFUND will be given.
